Theme color not matching

Below are snapshots of my site with the top borders being an orange color while the lower borders and arrow are a light green color. I want everything to be the light green but just can’t seem to figure out why it’s split in two different colors?

You can change all the border colors from the theme options panel in theme color.

I have changed the theme color but it stills shows the same result

OK. I think there needs to be an alteration in the skin.php file can you please email me the WP Logins and URL so that i can take a closer look and make a fix for it
