Theme adding site name to page title?

I’m using Yoast SEO and made sure that the options within the plugin just show the page name. It looks fine from within when wordpress admin but when I open pages in a browser the site name is also appearing after the page name. Is this a theme issue?

Yes it will show the site name as well after the page name for other themes as well.

How do I remove the site name please? It is not in my permalink settings within yoast SEO.

It will be there in the header.php file in top.
