My site developer is not permitting me to share admin login info. There should be media query fix you can share.

We have tested with our site and its not an issue with ourside but if you can provide us only the URL not the logins then we can take a closer look at it.

Come on guys. Seriously, I saw the issue, my client saw it and your answer was “We have cross-checked it multiple times. It is working fine at my end” I even supplied a screenshot. You don’t have to go far just inspect it in google chrome (just scroll down a quarter of an inch), you got to be able to see the issue I’ve described. Do you need me to rate you at the themeforest.net? I will and right now it won’t be a good rating. I need a CSS fix for this issue for screens 767px wide and below
    Thank you,
    Lana

The issue was triggered just now after you elaborate the main point of it (just scroll down a quarter of an inch),..

Until now I was just checking your site and my site in many mobile devices but not by scrolling only a quarter as you said. I was scrolling a bit faster and I was missing it. Anyway its resolved now finally.

Kindly please replace the responsive.css file in css folder, I have attached the css file.

Thank you for the css fix. I’m using a child-theme, how I should proceed in this case. Thank you, Lana

If you are using child theme, follow this path: Your theme folder-> css-> responsive.css.
