How can I control time between sliders? There is a shortcode to control that?
Please help me

You can control the speed for the testimonials. For that you can use testimonials shortcode and enter fade speed. Have a look at the 1st screenshot.

If you are using the flex slider, you can control the speed of the sliders by following this path LifeCare Theme Options > Sliders > Slider Category > Choose Flex Slider from the dropdown > and enter Slides Speed. Have a look at the 2nd screenshot.
