Hello!

I´m trying to add the testimonials to my website but I´m unable to create a new shortcode, the one that is in the documentation works fine but there is no shortcode for the testimonials.
Is there a way to create this shortcode??

First, create the testimonials in the testimonials post type and then Go to the page where you wish to display the testimonials and then generate the shortcode from the Autowash Shortcode Generator which will be above your WordPress content editor.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
