so any time someone enter a hyphen the words show up as garble see my example below. Please advised how to fix this.

This is entered
“They’re good people!”

This shows up in the random view page
“Theyâ€™re good people!”

Here is another one
“I’m extremely happy”

“Iâ€™m extremely happy”
