Go through the revolution slider settings and inside navigation setting > Touch Enable on.

i set Touch Enable off because something is going wrong there

Hi insecttrojan,

if you are getting any conflicts, you can provide us with WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

And also it looks like your support has been expired. For continued support, kindly please extend your support license for quick responses.
