Hello,

I have only 1 month left to receive support for this theme, and am a bit confused after logging in at the Envato’s Marketplace to purchase further support and updates that it looks as if I need to purchase the theme/regular license again? Just need to make sure I’m understanding how to proceed with purchase before doing so.

Hi @FirehouseWH. I have no idea about that. I think you need to extend the support may be you can purchase only support. Lets wait an watch how does this support system works on envato.

Hello Fem,

I just tried again, and it still appears as if I need to repurchase the license in order to extend support for 12 months. When I check the box to “Extend Support for 12 Months” it automatically is calculating the license and support together as one total, even though when I click on “Learn more about support pricing”, it sounds as if support only should be charged..Perhaps I should contact Envato, as this could just be something wrong on their end? I really don’t wish to wait as the site will be getting revamped soon, and I may need your support.

Hello,

Just updating this thread…Envato informed me that the option the purchase support only should be available before my support runs out, so will need to wait and hope the issue is resolved soon. I’m going to mark this thread as “Resolved” an it’s an Envato issue and not on your end in regards to the theme.

Hello I have been running Advanced Testimonial Manager on my site for many years and just recently it stopped functioning so I bought another license please help me to get this fixed. The problem is after people post their recommendation it is submitted I go in and approved and it is approved but will not post to the public page not sure what is causing this.

Update: Envato’s has fixed this issue, and I have went ahead with purchasing extended support for the theme 🙂
