This is pretty poor. The core functionalty is broken.
Please help me fix this.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

No. Still broken after 3 and a half weeks.
Getting close to a 1 or 2 star review on Theme Forest.

Basically any of the booking functionality and screens for the theme is (for the cash option at least) are not usaable.

That means all the email response features are all unusable as well.

I had to hack something into the contact form, so I could launch the site.

Thanks Jimmy for your answer. It’s already more than the support team is doing to help us.

I think I have the same problem, my hosting server was updated 2 weeks ago and since then I cannot access Theme options (page keeps loading eternally) and normal plugins are dragging website to non functional loading speed, wordpress errors and deprecated JS functions.

In my case I dont use appointing hours nor payment options but this is very frustrating.

Did you guys looked at your PHP version and try to fix JS errors?

Theme looks abandoned as sno updates since september 2021

Any help is welcomed.
