    I don’t see any back end options to change the font size for the subheader. How can I do this? Also, how can I make the subheader container taller like your dummy site.

    In WordPress Backend edit the page you wish to have the subheader taller. and in the fields below the content editor find subheader padding and add the following code 100px 0 then it will give you the tall header.

    Regarding the font sizes you need to add that in the theme options panel > styling > custom css section and add the following css rule and make your changes

    #subheader .page-title { }
