    Hi,

    I can’t change my subheader from a black solid to custom pic (upload from Subheader Background Properties). Please help. Thanks.

    I see that you are using the background image from theme options panel I think, here is the URL to the image it shows.

    If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
    Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

    I think you are using the caching plugin so it’s not updating. Kindly using caching and other plugins once your development part finished.
