What’s the proper size for subheader background images? I’ve tried several, and they do not show up properly, or at all.

Hi,

For the Subheader Background Images:
Image size: 2000px (minimum 1920px) width and height as per your requirement like 200px to 400px.

Provide us login details along with website URL. So that we can take a closer look at it. Make sure, you set the post as private, so that only admin can see your logins.

Please update your theme to latest version. You are using 1.4.1 version which is older.

Hopes- v2.0.0 – Updated – 26th August 2015 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.
