Hello. I bought your template today and I’m currently using a temp subdomain to set up my site and get it all ready before I switch it to live. I attempted to install the theme, then I tried to install sample data.

it looks terrible and not like the demo from the theme website. how can I make it exactly like the demo and then filter out the content as I wish? I thought I would be able to have the full working site then be able to edit it and customize the way I like. Please help. Thanks.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can make a setup for you. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
