I have tried uploading my theme several times and even tried via filezilla still getting the same error. can you tell me what to do to fix this?

Kindly please purchase the WordPress Theme https://themeforest.net/item/ultranet-broadband-internet-service-providers-wordpress-theme/19744911 and make a refund request for the HTML Version I will ask Envato to refund for your HTML Version.
