Stuck on ‘Loading Theme Options…’ in Appearence->Concept

Hello,

I have purchased the Concept theme a few days back.

I uploaded the theme files for Concept and Concept-child to a fresh wp install.

After I activate either Concept or -child and hit Concept in the Appearance menu, it gets stuck with loader icon and the message ‘Loading Theme Options…’

Enable jQuery migrate plugin might help you with the issues with jQuery deprecated functions.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

@selvan1709 – I have found an issue with some jQuery deprecations. I will fix it and let you know tomorrow once the theme is updated again on themeforest.
