Can you please tell me if it possible to implement the sticky bar on the left or right side of the page as opposed to on top. If so how can this be accomplished.

Yes, it can be accomplished but it will cost you some $$$ because it’s a custom work. So if you are ready to pay then let us know. But the existing sticky bar can’t be replaced with the left or right side.
