Hello devs,

I am creating a website for non-profit using your theme and I am experiencing some issues where a featured picture of staff is not showing in pages.

I am doing this work pro bono and trying to help a good cause. But this is driving me crazy. I have no idea what is causing this to happen. Appreciate any help.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

You need to assign the image using visual composer element single image. I have fixed it.
