Staff, Cases and Services pages do not show up when I try to edit menus

Hello, I have created new staff pages and I am trying to add them to the Team Single Menu. I don’t see them as options to add to any menu though. I only see options Pages, Posts, Custom Links, Categories and Woocommerce and none of the Staff, Services or Cases pages are in those.

@auwalodidi – If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hello, is there an update on this? Right now it seems the only option is to use hard links, which is not ideal.
