Hi!

I noticed that Days with splitting Times showing The Business always as OPEN from first Open Split Time (11:00) until Second Split Time (20:30). This is a big Error in the plugin!

For Example: I have set following OPEN Business Time for Friday:

11:00 – 14:00
18:00 – 20:30

Now here in my country the time is 17:00 so the Plugin should display “CLOSED” between 14:00 until 18:00.
This is a Bug in the Plugin when there are Splitting Hours!

For just one Time (Friday: 11:00 – 17:00) the Plugin works!
I need urgent help to this!

By the way….

The green Dot beside the Opening Times should be pointing to the actual Time in Split Times Display if Business is Open or red is Business is closed.
Or better would be that the actual Time is highlited itself when Business is open!

Within 5 days no answer from the Support!
Would be nice if one of the Support Team would be to answer and to make a statement about this Error. And further if the Devoloper is meanwhile working for a solution. Would be great to get informed.

Sorry for the delay in response. By the end of the day we are going to release a new version of the plugin along with this Splitting Times on Days issue. After the release you can update the plugin.

Hi Pam,
Ok, each of us is very busy these days 😉

Installed now the new Version of the Plugin and tested it so far. Seems that the most Errors are bugfixed.

But one Issue/Error I discovered in Version 3.60. And this within the Function: Today Hours

For days with just one opening Time (for Example: 09:00 – 17:00) the Text is showing correct if it´s open now (if time is between the selected hours period) or is closed if the current time is before or past the selected time period.

In splitting time (for Example: 09:00-12:00 / 16:00-19:00) here the whole time period (between 09:00-19:00) is showing in Todays Hours the business as open. This is an Error because the Time period between 12:00-16:00 should be displayed as Closed.

I uploaded a Screenshot of this Error. Where the Text “geöffnet” means Open. In closed Time Period it should display the Text “geschlossen” = closed.

When you have done this Bugfix you will get my 5 Stars in Themeforest 😉

Sorry for the delay in response. We have implemented the splitting hours functionality in the latest updates. Kindly update the plugin to latest version. Make sure you take a backup of old version before updating to latest version because the changes what you have made in the old version will not loose.
