For the speakers that come with the Eventra template, when you open them there is no footer and the header shows both the dark version of the logo and the light version. Example:

When I create a new speaker the footer does show up, but the layout is not the same. The speaker shows first, then all the info shows underneath, not like the example of Cody Ball. I prefer the layout that Cody Ball displays, just need to footer to show and only 1 logo to show. Example of newly created speaker:

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
