When I click on my “news page” all the posts (note that there are two of them who are only dummies) appear ok but I have 2 questions:
1. How I change the “read more” line for something else?
EX: http://farmaciafigueras.com/blog/
2. Once I click on a post the layout style appears as left Sidebar but I want to look like Full Width (PD: I tried to find the page named “The blog” since apparently it should be somewhere to choose the layout style but I can’t find it.)
EX: http://farmaciafigueras.com/2017/12/us-correcte-dels-medicaments/
How I can solve those two problems?

1) You can change read more text in Medical Theme Options located under Appearance > MedicalWP > Language

2) If you go to that specific post edit the post then find the layout options in which you need to select the layout style you wish to change and update the post to achieve the fullwidth layout.
