Hi There,

I’m trying to preview the website and I got this error “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias anona-slider-2017 not found.”

And I checked the Slider Plugin and is not activated and ask me to purchase the slider to activate.

Go through the Appearance > Anona child > Sliders here Select Slider Type is Custom slider and in the Custom Slider Textarea add this code [rev_slider alias="anona-slider-2017"]
Make sure in the plugins resolution slider should be activated.

Hi Khan,

Did that and check the Plugin and it is activate and the code is there but the error is the same.

Did you upload the revslider zip folder? If not the add revslider folder in plugins directory path ..\wp-content\plugins.
If still encounter with the same problem then you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

We have set up the slider now and for the images, you need to use your own images. The theme images are used only for demo purposes.
