How do I make the slider photo smaller and more compact? I also want the slider to be one size and not changing based on which photo is displayed.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I had setup the slider and for the logo use dimension 141 X 30 of logo size. Currently, your logo is larger in size.

Hello,
I do not see a change, I believe I have fixed the slider by making it a static slider. Can you assist me in aligning the phone number and address in the header?
