slider options disappear in editor

When trying to edit the captions on a slider in the backend, a few seconds after opening the editor page (see screen dump), some of the settings disappear.
Is there a setting somewhere that i’m not seeing?

It is working fine at my end. But if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

By logging in to your website, I have seen that slider meta options are working fine.
