Which slider are you using?
You have to upload your own images so that the sliders will display. Follow the screenshots.

Yes, I have done all that. I have my own images in there and even tried creating new categories and see if that worked. The Flex and the Owl slider both don’t work. It just has a blank image like the resource can’t be found and the wheel spins.

We can’t visit your website. It is showing like in the below screenshot.
Kindly provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

It is causing due to jetpack plugin. Kindly deactivate the jetpack plugin and see, it will work.

I have gotten the slider to work. However when the browser is in full screen the header image is enlarged and with reduced quality.

If I reduce the size of the browser window to anything other than full screen it goes back to normal. Although the image gets aligned to the left instead of centered.

If you can send us a screencast or screenshot then it will be easy for us to understand, AFAIK the slider reduces the height when window or browser is resized.

I cannot see any option to upload a screenshot, so I will instead try to define the problem more clearly.

There are two issues.

1) The image width is not the same as the browser or screen width. I would like the image to be centered in the slider instead of aligned to the left.

2) The slider looks good until the width exceeds 1169px then the height is far too large. This is not the same as what I see on the Storeup demo where the height remains reasonable.

I see that you might be uploading the images in wrong sizes. Try to upload the images of the mentioned sizes in the documentation and give it a try. If you want you can contact us via Skype as it will be more easy for us to understand using the share screen option in Skype.
