I am using latest version of Word Press. My slider isn’t working. I have uploaded featured image and I have selected the right category. But the slider wouldn’t come up. The loading button appears though.

How do I fix it? I am using flex slider by the way.

In addition, my music wouldn’t play. How do I get it to work. These are the two major things I need to fix for the site and these were the primary reason why I purchased your theme. I want the whole theme to work like what I saw in the demo.

Anyway we will take a closer look into your issue in morning but If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

1. Fixed both the issues. You have not uploaded all the images in slider posts. That’s the reason images didn’t showed up.
2. You have entered the wrong id in your Theme Options/Player Options/Djmix ID(Type the DJMix ID(s) comma separated if more than 1 DJmix ID to hold the audios to play in Audio Player)

Replicated the theme as in demo. For the slider images, kindly choose the images which are of 1000 X 500px.
Note : Images, Audios and videos are not included in the downloadable package of this theme. You have to manually upload them to the theme.

Is there anything else that I can assist you with?
