Hi,

Installed anona wordpress theme today. Slide Revolution plug in -fatal error. Demo import did not load properly. Imported only text for “menu area”

How can I fix this?

Remove your old plugin of the rev slider and install the new version from the theme. If the problem still persists then If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hi Aloha,
I see that you have Beaver builder and a lot of other plugins so that sure about the installation is the first installation or the update. I don’t see the content on many of the pages as due to the Beaver Builder I think maybe. I recommend not to use that builder as it has conflicts too or I can say my theme is not compatible with beaver builder.

One more thing I see is that your domain name is non-propagated DNS, kindly please let us know when you have a propagated domain so that we can test it out.

You should read the documentation of the theme you will get an idea on how to use the theme features and there is no need to have an HTML knowledge only basic understanding of code is enough we already are developed shortcodes you just add shortcode wherever you want and use classic editor. And you can use our images also but it is better to use your own images. We are checking your theme in some pages are messed up we will update you soon and fix the issues.

You can view anona primary menu here http://t6l.bfd.myftpupload.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=edit&menu=3 for documentation you can find in the full package and open index.html file from that folder. Regarding the classic editor, the feature wasn’t added in the documentation as it was considered after a WordPress 5.1+ Update.

We import demo data on your site. If you find any section is messed up then go the pages and generate a shortcode according to your requirement. If you want modification in the footer then go the Appearance > Widgets and once read the theme documentation it will help you to manage the theme features.

If you want sample pages you need to create a new sample page by default only one empty sample page is there in the theme. And add in the menu. And On your site theme demo data import is done. Now you can manage your theme according to your requirement and please read the theme documentation it will help you.
