I’ve uploaded the files and imported the demo data but something is wrong. No demo data is to be found and the site looks NOTHING like the demo. Even the entire Pest library is missing all of the pest. Please help.

Hi, i just installed the theme and looks nothing like the demo. Also, i did the Import Demo several times, even used the Import manually method, and nothing. Please help?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Getting the same error have you tried. I able to login into WP admin dashboard but when I’m trying to view your site and pages getting this error.

We have gone through on your site everything working fine and after demo import, you will get placeholder images you have to replace with own images.

I’ve uploaded the files but something is wrong. The pages bear no resemblance to the demo, Visual composer does not allow me to make visual changes and I cannot access the images or demo data please help

You have to use your own images. The theme images are used for only demo purpose. Apart from images if you encounter by any problem let us know and if you want demo images then you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we will update the demo images. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

@shihabss We do not change any credentials. Once clear browser caching and check sometimes due to browser caching it will show an error. If still unable to log in then reset your password.
