Hello. I just noticed that my site displays differently when it’s accessed by clicking a link than it does when I access it by typing the URL into my browser. Certain elements like the service icons and the music player do not load when accessing my site via hyperlink. I have attached screenshots of both so you can see the difference.
Can you help me correct this problem?
    Thank you!

I cleared the cache and it still displays incorrectly. However, I did notice one thing that may be a factor. It seems that when I type “www.getsouldeep.com” into my browser, the site does not display properly. However, when I type “getsouldeep.com” without the “www” the site loads correctly. Every time I clicked a hyperlink to the site, the “www” was included in the link. Perhaps the fact that I’m accessing via a link is not the issue, but instead it’s the “www”?

    Hi mikedutkewych,

There is an option called Slider Description Disable in the Musicplay Slider Options. This is use for disable the link and description.
