Shoutcast Stream works as expected in Safari. Does not work at all in Chrome, Firefox or IE – on OS X and Windows.

The ShoutCast stream was incorrectly configured.

Incorrect: http://74.124.12.155:7602

CORRECT: http://74.124.12.155:7602/;
