Dear Support,
my client doesn’t like it when you see a background image on the mobile version of the site. However I haven’t found any shortcodes to hide it.

Could you please tell me which one it is?

@sanifika – Can you please send the URL of your site, which background image you want to hide in the mobile version.

Thanks for your quick response.
The site is http://www.biodisi.com and the page is the FRONTPAGE
Here the shortcode:

My client want that the response.jpg will be not visable in mobile version.

Have a look at your site, I had been removed the image that you don’t want to display in the mobile version.
