If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

As said in earlier if you update the theme properly and replace the child theme properly then it will work. If the problem still persist then we will take a closer look into the issue.

The problem was fixed by making sure the child theme was up to date, thank you! (Note: this did not fix the issues I’ve identified in other threads)
