I got the problem with sharing posts to Facebook. I have tried most of plugins and they did not work. One or two posts can be shared in a proper way , with the title and image but the rest of them are shared only as a name of the website without text and image. I know there is other option with inserting the code from Facebook into the website but I do not know where to insert it . I have been using child theme .So any idea how to help me ?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

No need to provide us the logins as requested by our staff Shailaja, The question you have asked is very clear coz not all the plugins will work with the ajaxified nature of this website. You need to disable ajaxified to work with the Sharing. For sharing on facebook you need an Facebook App ID which you can insert in the theme options panel where we have added a field to add the app id and then you can use any plugin to share or use our inbuilt share option.

Try disabling your plugins one by one and let us know as we can’t disable any of your plugins to test. It seems to be working when we did a fresh install with your plugins and see. Try removing double quotes and single quotes in your description of one of the posts so that i can see

Regarding the issue with the Biography text you need to empty the field in the localization and add   in place where you wish to use the empty text

Thank you for the help with the Biography text but could you tell me what is going on with the facebook sharing issue as it is still my main concern which stops me from opening my website to the public. Where is the problem ? What have you been doing to fix this problem ?

It working fine at my end but its not working on your side though code is perfect. Might be an issue with double quotes as said.

I removed all the quotes as you had said and happened nothing new. Although before u tipped that this could be a problem one of the posts with quotas was sharing in a proper way. So there must be some other thing. Look,I have followed all your intructions and nothing new has happened so far. You said you would test it. Have you done it? I do not think so. You got an access to my website as an administrator why will you not check out what is wrong with this and if it is just correct that? There are ,I guess, some plugins or other things that could check what is wrong what is not. So I am expecting from you that you will solve that issue as you are my professional support, aren`t you? As professional you surely understand my great inconvenience with my website unpublished.

Take a look at the screenshot I have attached. Maybe it could be useful ? if it is so pls tell me where should I insert it . Attach pls the screenshot. As i do not know should I use the child theme or parent ? and pls inform me what have you done so far 🙂

I cannot edit any files as it seems to be blocking with any of your installed plugin may be.

Whch files you cannot edit? Most of plugins are turned off there left a few which you are allowed to turn off if it is neccessary as you got admin rights. Pls be specific when you are writing of something what is being done by you. I want to know exactly what you are doing with my website. And try professionaly answer my questions ot to my suggestions from previosu mails.

I would like to edit files via wPide plugin and try. Once I edit something i can say what i have edited or so. Kindly please make a backup of your site and let us know so that we can make altering the code and see the issues you said why its not working or so. We will consider taking a look at it in morning as its late here now.

Look . I am realy worrying about your constant concerning but not doing anything with my issues. As far as I know the plugin Wpide does automatic backup of every file you edit. I am busy man and really have not time for looking for good back up plugins and for doing the backup. Do what yu have to do, It is your concern and job to provide tech support for the theme I have bought from you.So pls be so kind and profesional and fix the issue. My concern and job is to explain to my disappointed users and customers why my website is still not published. So do the back up or not. Do whatever you have to. What I am expecting from you is the working website, nothing more, and I hope You will do it today or tomorrow at the very latest. I believe in you. .

How can I do anything to test you have locked the editor mode and If i install the wpide plugin also its not working. Yes Wpide automatic backups its safety for you only. And if you don’t want to after we edit the files you can remove it or else please provide us the FTP Logins to edit the files and see. BTW its not the theme issue becoz I have added my Facebook App ID its not working I have added other sociables shareing plugin its not working. Something is restricted on your end i think so. I have crosschecked by installing my theme on other servers as freshly and then tried sharing the posts and artists and albums and everything seems to be working fine.

Other plugins also don’t work when i tested. I have tried my levels best to see what causes this error might be something is restricting from your server settings which i can’t trace it.

I figured out and the problem is with your maintenance mode plugin. I already said in my earlier post also that try disabling the plugins and see it works. I don’t know why everyone installs all the plugins first and starting working with multiple plugins themes which stops or messes with the theme or coding. So be careful with installing lots of plugins or minimal plugins.
