Hello,

Sharelinks are not being displayed in single post, even if I have enabled the sharelinks in Theme Options. Also, enabling Sticky Bar won’t work.

Was it working earlier? If so then maybe it has something to do with the new WordPress Updates. BTW looks like your support time is expired, you need to renew your support extension.

Hi,
No, they didn’t work earlier. I purchased the theme long time ago but now I’ve used it for the first time. I used WP latest version only.
The blog carousel shortcode also breaks, showing both carousel and the first few paragraphs of the posts below the carousel.
I will consider renewing support.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Share links option was not implemented in the theme. If you provide us the FTP logins then we can add this for you and consider adding this in the coming updates. Options were added to the theme options but not implemented in the frontend.
