Second Admin Can't Format Text?

    Here is what I can see when I try to format text using Text Block settings as the first administrator (me): http://s14.postimg.org/nh97ahz2p/Screen_Shot_2015_04_06_at_3_16_19_PM.png

    But here is what the second user sees (I set him up as an administrator) when he tries to format text using Text Block settings:http://s9.postimg.org/cqe82hf5b/seconduser.png

    Why does the other user not have the same text editing settings as me? (Specifically, changing font size from paragraph to header 1, etc.)

    If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

    There is no issue with the text editing system this works fine for every user maybe you are using different platform. If you any more then issue let me know.
