Hello!
I cannot find how to turn the search bar ON. It’s not showing up anywhere. I see an option to disable it, but not one to enable it.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
If you can check options at musicplay theme options section you can see Custom Search Bar Properties in Musicplay Settings tab.
