Hi – in the demo for the Hopes theme, Sermon pages have a link to download the MP3 file (“Save Audio”). When I install the demo content, though, the Save Audio link does not appear, and I cannot figure out how to activate it. Would you be able to help me? Thank you!

We are sorry to say this, your support time is expired. You need to repurchase the license in order to extend the support for the theme.

Hi,

Go to that particular sermon’s page and “choose audio” from the media library in sermon media options and publish the page. Look at the screenshot.

Hi – thank you for the response. I had added the MP3 URL and published the page, but for some reason I’m not seeing the Save Audio button. Any ideas on why it wouldn’t be there?

Kindly upload some audio files to media library and then go to that particular sermon’s page and “choose audio” from the media library in sermon media options and publish the page.

If you don’t get how to do this, then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can fix it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
