Hi guys

I just bought the theme. Currently having difficulties while trying to make musicplay demo work.

First thing I noticed: the SampleData.xml URL´s are pointing to a site bannersmonster.com that does not exist anymore.

The following issue I experienced was with the theme upload. The documents recommends to upload the main theme, and after that the child theme, but youtube video recommends to download and install “Installable WordPress File Only” that apparently does not come with child theme.

Besides, after a lot of googling, I could get almost all the pictures needed by the musicplay demo, even though, the demo appears to ignore styling.

I have a multisite wordpress running, and I would like to see this “child site” exactly as the musicplay demo looks (same images and everything), but this have been impossible after almost two days trying to get all the pieces together.

Please your commments.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. And setup demo data on your site. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Guys, one more thing: what about that URLs pointing to bannersmonsters.com. Is there an alternate URL for that?
And, what about the install package:
– Do I have to install the “Install only download”
– Do I have to download the whole package and install father and child themes?

In order to clarify one of my questions, I am showing you below, a sample of SampleData.xml file. As you can see, is pointing to bannersmonster.com. What can I do in this case?, where to point to?

The URL demo.bannersmonster.com is used for demo purposes.You need to change this URL as per your website. And for the SampleData.xml errors, we can do vía skype but it’s better to share logins so we can quickly make changes. And all your credentials will be fully secured.

I am very sorry but can’t you just share the updated sampledata.xml file ???
It’s in my opinion a static file and you had to fix it multiple times per user …
