How can I attain the sample content for the included xml?

I looked up and down these support forums and all I’ve seen is posters requesting them sent to their emails.

Can I have this sent to me as well?

Its there in the Sample Data folder of the package you downloaded from themeforest.net

I downloaded the whole package 45mb package. There is a SampleData folder with a SampleData.xml inside.

Hi adleyp,

I’m sorry to say that you cannot import the media files into you theme the only thing you can import is that simple content data. The MP3 file which we use in live demo is restricted content we don’t have permission to provide the MP3 files. is there anything else i can assist you with.

I wanted to import the sample data and have something similar to the live demo site. It looks so plain. Even the wallpapers and other pictures I’d be happy with. I dont care much for the music.

I have the same issue. You load the sample data and have nothing that looks like the live demo you see before you buy the template. So I have to do everything from scratch? If so, that’s really poor form; every other template I’ve ever bought has sample data and media matching exactly what you see in the themeforest preview.

I kind of feel ripped off here.

@velvetbites – Installed the demo content for you on your site URL you have provided to us. You can view the documentation file provided with the package and then in the file very last you can find the video tutorial links for more help in depth.

I would also like to get the demo site so we have something to start from.
I imported the xml and as others have said I got nothing. Just a slider and is all, it looks nothing like the demo.
Can you please give instructions on how to get the demo site imported.

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can make setup demo site as musicplay live demo. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.

As you don’t that the images and mp3 files which we are using in the theme demo is copyright protect so we don’t have permission to provide you dummy data. The simple data which you are getting in the theme package is an Envato Assets data. I can assist to setup demo for you please if you contact me via Skype.
