Hello,

after updating to newest (2017 update) my site completly changed, most importanly the strech row dose not work it is always the same.

it applies through all subdomains, strangely only one picture and color background (gray color) is streched. Everything else seems boxed but when I see the options is on row stretch.

Kindly provide WP Logins to your website. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I think you are providing the WP Logins but it requires authentication login for the private mode which is on by the plugin I think. If you want we can share a screencast for you or if you want you can contact us via Skype so that I can share the screen and show you that it is not working.

I understand, i had extended support, not once nedded help from you guys, everything did by myself, and this is the only problem there is. So please help me, I included you pictures and if you have idea please tell me, cause there is a problem within the theme which stays boxed even if everything is streched.

Issue was causing with a third party plugin. Disabling the plugin resolves the issue.

If you have not yet given ratings to the theme, kindly please give to the theme by going to your themeforest account downloads section and below the Download button of the theme you can find the stars to click on for ratings 🙂
