Hi,
First of all sorry for my bad english.
Is it possible to have the “demo-revolution slider” that you use in your demo? (this one http://www.aivahthemes.com/lifecare/).
I also have a small problem with safari because you can not see the text on the form for appointments on the first page (name, email, date, phone number). how can I fix it?

If you can provide with WP Logins then i can setup the slider demo for you make a fix in appointment page. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.

Note: You have to purchase your own images for slider revolution. Don’t use our images. The images what we have provided is just for a demo purpose only.
