Hello: I am getting a error after I install this plugin.

    Downloading install package from http://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/themes/hostmev2/framework/includes/plugins/revslider.zip…

    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Plugin installed successfully.

    Revolution Slider Error:fetch –

    Query: select * from wp_revslider_css where handle = ‘.tp-caption.medium_grey’
    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘fetch – <b></b><br>—<br> Query: select * from wp_revslider_css where handle = ‘.tp-caption.medium_grey” in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\revslider\inc_php\framework\functions.class.php:7 Stack trace: #0 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\revslider\inc_php\framework\db.class.php(22): UniteFunctionsRev::throwError(‘fetch – <b></b>…’, -1) #1 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\revslider\inc_php\framework\db.class.php(36): UniteDBRev->throwError(‘fetch – <b></b>…’) #2 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\revslider\inc_php\framework\db.class.php(127): UniteDBRev->checkForErrors(‘fetch’) #3 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\revslider\inc_php\revslider_operations.class.php(888): UniteDBRev->fetch(‘wp_revslider_cs…’, ‘handle = ‘.tp-c…’) #4 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\revslider\revslider_admin.php(245): RevOperations::importCaptionsCssContentArray() #5 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugi in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\revslider\inc_php\framework\functions.class.php on line 7

It also displays this error when you visit the site (see attached).

The only way to make the site function again is to remove the plugin.

I have reinstalled wordress + the plugin numerous times. I have tried it with the sample data plus without.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

I am still having this issue. I bought this template as I was impressed at how you integrated this plugin, so it will be very disappointing to only rely on the slider instead…

Please can someone assist me in fixing whatever I am doing wrong?

    Hi There,

I’m having the same issue as above. I’m running WordPress 3.9.1 on Ubuntu 14.04, and if I install the plugin, WordPress completely crashes with the error:

    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Plugin installed successfully.

    Revolution Slider Error:fetch –

    Query: select * from wp_revslider_css where handle = ‘.tp-caption.medium_grey’

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

    Jeremy

    Hi Jeremy:
If it hasn’t been solved yet, try disabling the business hours plugin. From memory I believe that was the issue.
Support was able to provide me with a updated version of the business hours plugin plus the revolution slider and it fixed the problem.

    Hope that helps you out!
