Hi
I wanted to use the revolution slider but despite the fact that slides information has been uploaded and updated , slider always remains to be white /empty , :(-
using revslider alias = lifecare code adds another (working) slider beneath white/empty slider
Please help.

If you want to use revolution slider then you have to provide the revolution slider shortcode in Theme Options/Sliders/Select Slider Type/Custom Slider. And if you use flex slider, then kindly provide the featured images in your slider posts.

I have tried short code for revolution slider but that appears separately to empty felx slider , I want to use the demo slider you have used in your live preview demo site .. I will change copy righted images once Flex slider (as shown in lifecare demo) starts working

Fixed your issue. But remember that you have to use your own images.

@SuperNet: While uploading the images you are getting “http error” because of less amount of memory is allocated to Apache/PHP. Follow this link http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/59763/how-to-fix-http-error-when-uploading-images
