Medical Theme issue:

1. The main nav text buttons (anything with subpages), are not working properly on the iPad. They do not launch when you press them; you must press them twice to get them to work – I have not seen this before and not sure what the fix is.

Because of the responsive design built-in to your template, I don’t want to start changing the code just yet. If the problems are known errors, then I’d appreciate it if you’d send the solutions.
In general I prefer to fix things myself, in case the issue crops up again, and you are no longer available.

Please send written solutions.

I have a same kind of question with the responsive design.
In portrait mode on iphone (iphone 4 in this case), when you tap the menu everything works fine.
But on landscape mode the menu doesn’t work well, you tap, it moves a bit but doesn’t go!
Hope you know a workaround. TNX

@webunie If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

When i try to load your site on my mobile it shows the issue you said its jumping i mean a jerk in the menu. I will take a closer look into the issue and let you know soon.

@webunie I have the check your website URL on IPHONE 4 the responsive menu is working fine. If you can provide me the screenshot it would be very help for me. I’m really sorry for keeping you on waiting.

It is not working on IPhone 4 HORIZONTAL, vertical it is fine. So it must be something tiny. Would be great if you can find the solution.

So if you tab a menu item in Horizontal position, it doesn’t go there.
Screenshot doesn’t add value

NO, it doesn’t work.
My client moved his site to another hoster this weekend, because he was so angry, that it didn’t work on his Iphone4 HORIZONTAL. He doesn’t use the theme anymore, I can’t check and I lost this client.

But on stichting-ok.nl the same issue also appears.
So I still beg you to look again. Don’t want to lose more clients. ;((

Please update the latest version. Medical – v3.0.0 – Updated – 28th July 2015 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.
