Required fields in booking form don’t matter?!

On my booking form, it doesn’t matter if “field required” is checked or not – customers can ignore required fields, hit submit, and the form still gets submitted.

Worst part is, if customers do not fill in email address, the form does not get emailed to us.

This is a major problem, as customers think we got their request but we did not. It got us a negative review because a customer thought we were ignoring them!

Please help.

Send me your website URL so that i can take a closer look at it. BTW email is mandatory as you may get many spam mails so made it mandatory to avoid spams

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

The login which you have provided seems to the normal access not the admin access as i can’t edit or do any modifications. Can you please check again with the logins you provided.

And once again your support is already expired. Please extend your support and the request for removing the fields and customization will be extra charge for that.

Since 3 weeks we were checking that you have renewed your support license or not so we did nothing as the support was expired.
