Hi – please can you tell me how I can disable required fields on the Lifecare Theme Appointments page? I have removed the Department field from template_appointment.php but when I click the submit button it is still asking for the user to Select Department. Been looking for hours and can’t find it!

There are some 2 to 3 files to be edited. If you can provide us wp logins, then we can do it for you. Provide us logins along with website url and mention what are the fields to be removed.

Your issue is solved. Just commented the lines in lifecare/medical/appointment/appointment_functions.php, update_appt_functions.php files.

Do comment this line wp_mail( $client_email,$confirm_email_subject, $confirm_email_msg,$headers ); in appointment_functions.php on line#531.

Thank you – I deleted this line and it worked perfectly!

FINALLY – I have a email generated which includes [appointment_note] in case the user has added message to the appointment form, but the [appointment_note] isn’t displaying.

This is probably something I have done? Could you look at it please and I’ll buy you some coffee!!
