Dear AivahThemes,

Hi there, I purchased the StoreUp theme previously and use it. Two questions:

1) Has it been updated to support Word Press 5.5.1 (current version)?

2) Is a newer version of WPBakery Page Builder available free to past purchasers (version 6.4.1).

We are working on updates and will notify you when it has been done. if you are site is not working fine, you can provide us with WP Logins to your website with a URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Also, it seems your support has been expired. For continued support please extend your support license for quick responses.
