Hi there. I have a client that will not want to log into the website to confirm and manage the appointments. Could I have this set up to remove the confirmation link in the emails to the requester. And then I want to put the address in the email that goes to the pest control owner. With this set up he can just receive emails and call to confirm the appointments.

Hi 3rdcity,

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
