Hi,

I really love your musicplay theme. I am just stuck on one thing….

I have assigned a page called “Press” to be the posts page. However, the title of the page is showing up as “Blog.” I would like to change that to “Press.”

Thank you for any help you can provide!

I have renamed the title “Blog.” how it was described higher, but it failed. that’s the result. the new name should be in cyrillic, maybe the problem is because of this?

You need to check the font you are using for the headings from theme options panel. If the font you are using supports the Cyrillic Characters then it will output the result perfectly if not then it will show you the squares or question marks as it is now.

If the issue is not resolved after using another font like ‘Open Sans’ then please provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

If there is a problem with font, how then the other subheaders on other pages were translated? maybe the problem is on the page itself?

We can’t figure out without seeing the live demo. As it seems to be working fine at out end if i add any other language for my pages. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Please deactivate WP Super Cache Plugin and open framework/common/atp_generator.php and find the following code and rename it to some other.

$title = __('Blog','musicplay');

After renaming it, activate WP Super Cache Plugin again.

Blog page is working fine. Once again check at your end.

And coming to albums single page, you are using iframe source in the content editor. That’s why it’s not working properly. You have to use the soundcloud option, which we have provided in albums meta options. Then only album’s single page will work fine.

how make mixes on the main page change automatically to the last added

I have desolated the blog posts option from settings> reading > Frontpage posts page and assigned your Блог page as a blog page template and now the fonts works fine. Please let me know if thats correctly working or not.

Regarding the mixes on the main page change automatically to last added coz its default nature of the wordpress same as posts when you add a new posts it will come on the blog page so similarly it will be added to top.

Well with adding mixes according to the last added , this is what i use for my homepage.

1. Go to your homepage in editing mode and use the shortcode generator (i’ve attached the pic)
2. make sure the Mixes are in a Category (so example if the category if the DJ mix is “HOUSE” ).
3. Add a DJ mix Shortcode like this [musicdjmix columns=”4″ cat=”HOUSE ” limit=”4″ orderby=”djmix_release_date” order=”DSC” pagination=”false”]

You can edit the above code to suit what you want . you can do a bit of trial and error and click “preview changes” in wordpress to see if its what you want before finally updating.

Oh, thank you, now fonts work fine.
1. And how can I rename the button “add song to the playlist” into cyrillic?
2. how add a rewind to the player?
3. Google Maps are not displayed on the template page “events”. Why? Can it be fixed?
4. why does the color of Genres/Labels Link Hover change in settings, but remain unchangeable on page?
5. Why are there two similar options “Artist Follow” in theme settings-localization?

1. Add songs to playlist: Added this feature in theme options Localization.
2. I’m sorry, we don’t have this feature at moment. If the third party plugin adds this, then we’ll consider adding this feature to our theme and we can notify you when it has been done.
3. Please provide latitude and longitude of the particular address.
4. Fixed the issue.
5. Removed the extra option.
