    I think you have not noticed my message on Skype that I will install your demo today as said and we have just started today and its just a 2 hours ago we started and whole day is left. You seems to be offline on Skype.

    Kindly please resolve few things from your PHP Settings on your server as it shows error when i upload any theme to your server. Check this URL for how to solve it.

    Hi I would like a refund as well. I keep getting errors in trying to install even when trying to follow instructions.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
    Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
